What is your return policy? 
RLG ensures high quality design and service to all customers. Any additions, changes or revisions may incur additional costs. If your product requires re-sizing, please refer to sizing FAQs.

Refunds or exchanges after the product has been purchased are not available. Cancellations during the period of design and fabrication will attract a cancellation fee commensurate with the costs and labour outlayed, up to 100% of the quoted price. All gemstones incorporated into RLG designs are of a high grade, certified and purchased through reputable gem merchants. As we cannot account for wear and tear, there is no warranty on stones/breakages. This responsibility lies with the individual

Do you offer repairs?
Yes. It is possible to repair, refinish and clean pieces whenever possible. Each piece must be first assessed, and a fee will then be applied according to the specific requirements of each piece.

How should I care for my purchase?
All pieces can be soaked in warm soapy water for a few minutes before using a soft toothbrush to clean with. This should remove any superficial buildup of dirt without being too abrasive. Drying the piece, at a distance with a hairdryer can also help, particularly to dry out moisture quickly behind gemstones settings.

What is the length of guarantee on each item?
RLG pieces are designed to be loved and lived in, but it is recommended that they should be worn and treated with care. If your jewellery requires servicing, please contact us asap see Returns/Repair conditions above. Please note that jewellery will be automatically excluded from this coverage if it has been damaged outside generally accepted patterns of wear (e.g. rock climbing, gardening, gym work etc.).
