TERMS & CONDITIONS

All RLG products are made to order. For standard web product orders, we like to allow for approximately 2 weeks for production and postage. Tighter timeframes are possible, depending on the design, if specified when you place your order.

While we will work as close as possible to your requested timeframe, RLG is not responsible for unexpected delays due to postal or manufacturing.

Bespoke orders may take up to 6-8 weeks depending on individual requirements, including design specification and sourcing of gemstones.

Once a Bespoke order had been approved, we require a 50% deposit before we can begin production, with the balance payable on completion of the item.

Any alterations to the design after the final design has been approved will be subject to price revision. Please contact us if you have any further enquiries.
