How long will my order take to arrive? 
There is usually a 7–14 day timeframe for general production. There are occasions when production can be fast tracked under special circumstances (please advise on purchase).

If it is a custom order there is typically an 8–12 week turnaround. Exceptions do apply. If there are more rare or unusual gemstone or design requests, a longer production time may be required, but this will all be approved by you on purchase.

If you have a specific timeframe, or request for wedding, engagement or custom orders, please send the details via the Contact page. All pieces sold online are made to order, so production times will vary depending on the piece.  

How long does it take to ship? 
RLG can typically ship within 5–10 working days. You will be given notification of when your item is posted if requested. International shipping can take anywhere from 7-14 working days, although it can take longer, conditions depending. Please Contact us if you need expedited shipping.  

Do you pay for customs fees? 
Unfortunately we do not. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes which may come due according to their local jurisdiction. 

Can I have a purchase sent to a different address than my billing address?
Yes. For online orders, please enter two different addresses - one for billing and one for shipping. If you have any questions or need to make changes, please email us via the Contact page.

How will my purchase be packaged?
All pieces will be packaged in suitable jewellery boxes depending on the item e.g. ring or pendant box. These are then placed inside bubble mailers and then inside shipping boxes. We send all packages with high-value insurance to protect your purchase. We do require an adult signature for all shipments. 

Can you ship to a PO Box? 
No, unfortunately not. An adult signature is required for all shipments.
